What is Remote PEP?

We understand that not everyone works for a large organisation. That’s why we are now offering public courses, too. Our unique public Remote PEP program is designed for anyone looking to maximise their efficiency, decrease their stress and gain up to two extra hours a day to focus on what matters most.

Workplaces are transforming and investing in enhancing your productivity is more important than ever. Attempting to force old habits into changing work environments is leaving us unprepared with increased challenges across technology, environment and relationships.

Where these elements may have previously been filtered and controlled by naturally occurring boundaries such as location and time, we understand that individuals are facing new challenges every day. Workloads and non-work-related responsibilities are overlapping, resulting in increased mental load and reduced capacity. Eventually, stress runs high, and work can suffer.

Remote PEP is comprised of group sessions and personal role-specific coaching, delivered via web-based video conferences (Zoom). The program runs across 30 days, which includes space to practice new habits, so that the solutions become second nature.
