What is myPEP?

You don’t need to belong to an organisation to benefit from PEP – gain access to productivity-boosting strategies and elevate your performance with myPEP.

We understand that not everyone works for a large organisation. That’s why we offer public courses, too. Our unique myPEP program is designed for anyone looking to maximise their efficiency, decrease their stress and gain up to two extra hours a day to focus on what matters most, no matter where you work from.

myPEP is a proactive, solution-focused program that creates the conditions for you to bring order to the chaos of demanding workloads and conflicting priorities.

Program structure

myPEP is comprised of group sessions and personal 1:1 coaching, delivered via web-based video conferencing (Zoom). The program runs across 30 days, which includes space to practice new habits, so that the solutions become second nature.

What is myPEP?

myPEP is a proactive, solution-focused program that creates the conditions for individuals to bring order to the challenges of the current work environment. Participants attend group sessions and learn the best strategies to clear digital and physical clutter, streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Role-specific one-to-one coaching helps guide participants in their productivity journey, whether they work from home, the office or in a hybrid structure. The program equips participants with the right techniques to boost their performance and take control over their daily schedules.

What is the structure of the program?

myPEP includes an intentional combination of group sessions and personal, role-specific one-to-one coaching sessions. The program runs over the course of 30 days with time between sessions that allows participants to implement and practice their new habits and learnings. myPEP is delivered via Zoom video conferencing, resulting in optimised time-commitments and the opportunity to learn from anywhere. The structure of myPEP aligns with the current workplace climate and is proven to yield enhanced productivity and performance results.

How is the program delivered?

We deliver the entire program via web-based video conferences with Zoom, including interactive group sessions and in-depth 1:1 coaching sessions.

How long is the program?

If you have missed out on your preferred program date please add you name to our waitlist (or book into the next program available so you can definitely secure a spot!) and we will make contact with you if demand is sufficient for us to schedule additional programs.

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations, Refund Policy, Substitutions and Transfers to Alternate Programs
Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to support@pepaust.com.

More than 3 working days from program commencement
In the event of a cancellation, PEPworldwide will refund the fees paid in full if we are advised in writing of a cancellation more than 3 working days prior to the program commencement date. Requests for transfers to alternate courses can be arranged if PEPworldwide is advised in writing more than 3 working days prior to course commencement date and there is availability on the selected program.

Less than 3 days or less from course commencement
In the event of a cancellation, less than 3 working days before the program date, fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another program. PEPworldwide will not accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 3 working day period.

Non-Attendance
If a participant fails to attend a course, program fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program.

Substitutions
Requests for substitutions are to be made in writing and can be made at any time up to 1 working day before the program commencement date.

General
PEPworldwide reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule programs due to low enrolment number or any other unforeseen circumstances. Should PEPworldwide cancel, postpone or re-schedule a program then participants will be offered a place on the next program or a full refund.
